"Pictures simply do not do that view justice. Could have watched that river for weeks. Beautiful spot, wonderfully appointed with an enviable kitchen! Grab some great fresh food, cook up a feast and enjoy it on the lawn overlooking the river and pretty little bridge. Bathroom facilities and lots of bedrooms suit big groups well."

"My husband and I stayed here while driving up the west coast from Fox Glacier to Blenheim. It was a great stopping point where we could relax and stretch out. The property has a large living space, kitchen and great back deck. The amenities were excellent and it wasn't far from Greymouth where we went for dinner. Rachel was an excellent host, helped make local recommendations, and provided a lovely continental breakfast. We would highly recommend to other travelers."

"Riverstone house was the perfect location for our family of 13 to get together for 5 days over Xmas. Cannot speak highly enough of Rachel who was very responsive to our needs. So many touches that made our family gathering perfect. The house ensured we all got to enjoy each other's company and even though it rained a couple of days, we never felt cooped up inside"

"The glorious tree and river cliffs set the scene for a wonderful stay. Road? What road? You wouldn't know it was there until you head off for the day. And even if the weather lets you down the massive, comfortably seated lounge area will look after all your needs. If you need help or arrive late then Rachel will look after you. As a group of 9 we still had lots of room and space to spread out. I've only got one favourite on AirBnB....this is it.

Thanks very much for hosting us. You have a good touch with being available but not intrusive at all. We really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to coming back some time. Cheers."

"Rachel's home was perfect for four couples. The location on the river was great especially for one of the guests who was fishing within 10 mins of arriving. The home was very spacious and clean. The freshly baked bread each day was beautiful as well as all the other touches of eggs, cereal, milk & OJ. We loved talking to Rachel who filled us in on the history of the home & surrounds. We only stayed the one night but wish we had booked another as it was such a relaxing & tranquil property. Highly recommend to everyone travelling through NZ."
